Token registration for AGH UST International Courses in winter semester 2023/2024 – exchange students

Token registration is being carried out within four rounds, as follows:

• 11.09.2023, 10:00 CET - 13.09.2023, 06:00 CET - 1st round with priority: faculty teaching the course => exchange student assigned to that faculty;
• 14.09.2023, 10:00 CET - 21.09.2023, 06:00 CET - 2nd round: all courses are open to all exchange students, regardless of faculty;
• 22.09.2023, 10:00 CET - 25.09.2023, 06:00 CET – 3rd round: all courses are open to all exchange students, regardless of faculty. Some groups of regular students join the registration;
• 25.09.2023, 10:00 CET - 11.10.2023, 06:00 CET – 4th round: all courses are open to all exchange and all regular students.

Please note:

faculty teaching the course => exchange student assigned to that faculty, for example, if the Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics, and Telecommunications is your host faculty, during the 1st round mostly the courses offered by this faculty will be available to you. This round lasts just 3 days.

If there are no courses available to you during the 1st round, it means your host faculty doesn’t offer any courses in the given semester. Don’t worry, just wait for the 2nd round when all courses, regardless of faculty, will be available to you.

The 2nd round is open to all our exchange students, so you will be able to register for all the offered courses, regardless of faculty.

During the 3rd and the 4th round AGH UST regular students join the registration for the AGH UST International Courses.

Remember to register for lectures and all forms of classes the course consists of!
